Happy Friday everyone!!! Hope you had a good week! They are calling for some snow here in Kansas tonight so it might be a fun weekend for the kiddos! 🙂 To beat the Winter blues, I’ve decided to have a sale in my shop! All art prints are buy 2 get 1 free! Art prints range from $8-12, put 2 in your cart and then add a “note to seller” which one you’d like for free! Easy peasy!
They come in sizes 4×4, 5×5 & 5×7 and are easily framable! They look great in these matted frames that I purchased from Michaels & they have all 3 sizes! They’d look neat in a collage of four in the same size too, so if you decide to buy four I throw in free shipping too… just for my blog readers! But, you have to use code FREEPRINTSHIP in the coupon code box when you check out. The sale runs from now through February 14.
And now… for this week’s 5 things! I’ve decided to share with you a few of my favorite things… raindrops on roses… whiskers on kittens… bright copper kettles with warm woolen mittens… these are a few of my favorite things… 😉
I am a die hard Clinique fan! I have sensitive skin and Clinique seems to be the only thing that doesn’t make my skin do funny things. However, I do get dry flaky, itchy skin around my eyes sometimes (sorry if that’s TMI) and I love, love, love the repairwear as it zaps it away in a short time… if I don’t apply it, it gets outta hand pretty quick. And the serum is awesome too… it has this metal roller ball that feels simply amazing around your eyes and it moisturizes too. I also love that Clinique has a website I can order from & if you sign up for their emails you get deals for complimentary samples & free shipping once in a while, so you don’t have to fight the mall.
2. Eleos Coffee
My husband and I are considered to some as coffee snobs. We both drink our coffee black & together drink a pot a day… good thing there has been a lot of research lately that says coffee is actually good for you! 😉 Eleos is not just a fabulous coffee roasterie, but they are a ministry as well in downtown Kansas City, doing great things to reach out to the needy in our city. We love supporting a great cause, and for those of you who know and are interested Eleos Coffee used to be our own Zao coffee.
We all know how important it is to stay hydrated, and this Nalgene water bottle goes everywhere with me! I love it!
Found at my local Target… love these things… I look forward to Valentine’s Day every year just so I can once again enjoy these delicious treats to satisfy my sweet tooth! 🙂
5. E Z Paint
Santa got a Groupon for this EZ Paint and put it in my kids’ stockings. The last couple of days they’ve really enjoyed pulling these out and painting. They are similar to nail polish bottles with the brush in the lid but they have no odor and clean up very easily! I love that my kids can paint, but it doesn’t take much time to set up or clean up and they’d be perfect for an on the go activity too. They are no spill too so they really are perfect for a no mess creative fun activity!
Have you tried any of these items and love them as much as I do? What are some of your favorite things? Have I convinced you to try any of these & which ones?
Hope you have a happy weekend!
